In September 2025, WAT launched WAT(beta), the first Brussels-based incubator dedicated to supporting European innovation. As an early and experimental version of the future WAT ecosystem, the initiative reflects a broader mission: creating spaces where entrepreneurship, collaboration, and innovation can thrive.
Hosted in the temporary "Imprimerie" building in Ixelles, WAT(beta) offers selected early-stage startups free access to workspace, resources, and a growing entrepreneurial community. Open to Belgian and European startups working across key sectors such as climate, energy, health, mobility, finance, and security, the incubator is designed to help young companies grow while fostering connections and collective momentum.
Built in record time with the support of a wide network of partners, WAT(beta) goes beyond a traditional coworking space. Conceived as a living environment, it combines workspaces, creativity, and community to test and shape the future vision of WAT: a place where people can work, learn, meet, create, and grow together.
